If you reside in one of these states, you're eligible to participate in our medical visits and receive hormone therapy support and other prescriptions as part of the program.

Dr. Sarah de la Torre is a double board-certified physician with over 25 years of experience dedicated to advancing women’s health. A seasoned OBGYN, she has delivered over 4,000 babies, performed countless surgeries, and guided women through every stage of their health journey. Her passion for empowering women led her to expand her expertise into hormone optimization, functional medicine, and lifestyle-based care.Certified in Lifestyle Medicine, Functional Medicine, and Menopause Care, Dr. de la Torre seamlessly blends traditional and holistic approaches to provide individualized, science-backed solutions for her patients. Known for her warm, approachable style, she prioritizes deep patient relationships, ensuring women feel truly heard and supported.Beyond her clinical work, Dr. de la Torre has shaped the future of women’s health through media, product innovation, and education. She serves as the Clinical Lead for Respin.Health, founded by Halle Berry, and has contributed to women’s health advancements with Joylux. Jill Chmielewski is a Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach, Menopause Educator, and Women’s Health Advocate with over 30 years of experience in healthcare. A bold voice in the midlife health movement, Jill is calling B.S. on the outdated narrative that it’s all downhill after 40—and replacing it with a far more powerful truth: your next chapter can be your best chapter yet.Jill holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law and is certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN). She completed both Level 1 and Level 2 training at the School of Applied Functional Medicine and has pursued advanced education in menopause, hormones, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). As the Education Lead at Respin and a trusted clinician, Jill blends science-backed knowledge with a deep respect for women’s lived experiences—always championing a woman’s right to understand her body, make informed decisions, and advocate fiercely for her health.A lifelong critical thinker, Jill reminds women that they live in their bodies—and know them best. Her work centers on helping women reconnect with their bodies, meet their changing needs, and support themselves through all stages of the menopause transition and beyond.
